in the 18th century, is situated on a low hilltop surrounded by its 12
acres enclosed grounds including woodlands. Located 19 km south of Bergerac and just 10 km
away from the lovely Bastide town of Eymet. Even closer is Monbazillac,
with its famous dessert wine.
The property has great charm, with a wealth of flowers and
trees in a quiet setting.
Across the courtyard there is the former gardener´s lodge, transformed to create
La Fontaine Guest Cottage

The Guest Cottage is let for a maximum of two people, there is every comfort,
it is private (no other guests) and safe.
